Requirements
- Job Overview We are seeking an Enterprise Technology Intern to help bring AI and Automation to Saronic's enterprise software.
- You will work directly with our team of business system analysts and developers to design, build, and ship AI agents, automations, and the frameworks that make our entire enterprise technology organization faster.
- You will learn how AI and production business systems come together at a rapidly growing defense technology company.
- This internship will allow you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to projects that provide value across Saronic.
- This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field with an interest in agentic AI, and eager to make an impact in the defense technology industry.
- Responsibilities - Build copilots, automation, and internal tooling that increase software delivery efficiency across Enterprise Technology - accelerating how work is specified, built, tested, documented, and shipped - Advance spec-driven development by helping the team write clear, structured specifications - intent, requirements, and acceptance criteria - that both engineers and AI agents build from to validate generated implementation - Develop reusable agent skills and tools for improved capabilities
- Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field - Solid programming fundamentals, and comfort reading and writing code - A genuine interest in agentic AI and some hands-on exposure to LLMs - prompting, tool and function calling, or building against an LLM API - Working understanding of APIs (REST/JSON) and how software systems integrate - Clear written communication and the ability to document
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
