Requirements
- What You Will Own - Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned opportunity to closing that opportunity. - Make 50+ daily cold calls. - Set appointments and complete product demonstrations with leads that are assigned - Generate new sales opportunities by soliciting referrals from assigned opportunities. - Utilize Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports. - Embrace proven methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services.
- What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job - Prior sales experience. - Outbound cold calling experience. - Proven success in prospecting new markets and closing new business. - Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota. - Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards. - Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment.

- Account Executives will be responsible for and measured on the value they derive from the opportunities provided to them.
- Account Executives will be responsible for daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and developing additional pipelines by soliciting referrals from their assigned current leads. - In office M-F 8 am - 5 pm during the ramp period. - This position will be hybrid: MTW 8 am-5 pm in the office, Th/F flexible WFH after ramp. - Reports to: Director of Sales.
