- Description This position is a full-time exempt role leading the entirety of the company's Admissions Consulting and Academics department reporting into our Chief Executive Officer.
- This role leads program development, enrollment strategy, and talent management while ensuring strong cross-functional execution.
- The VP partners closely with senior leadership to scale admissions services, strengthen organizational performance, and position the company competitively through data-driven planning, market insight, and continuous improvement.
- Set the strategic direction for Admissions Consulting programs and services.
- Partner with the Sales team to establish goals and performance standards.
- Provide enrollment forecasting and data-driven planning.
- Communicate program performance and initiatives to senior leadership.
