- The Opportunity: ApplyBoard is seeking a Workday Financials Functional Analyst to help support one of our school partners in Florida.
- This role will be part of our Finance team and own how financial operations run within Workday for one of our school partners.
- This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and operational teams, translating business needs into scalable, compliant system configurations.
- You will ensure data integrity, enforce controls, and continuously improve how financial processes operate.
- What You’ll Be Doing Every Day: Own governance of ledgers, cost centers, worktags, and accounting structures Configure journal sources, accounting rules, and support close and consolidation processes Manage requisitions, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and supplier accounts Configure spend authorization, approval workflows, and Delegation of Authority Configure expense policies, workflows, and corporate card integrations Manage asset lifecycle including acquisition, depreciation, transfers, and
