- From the moment a candidate is invited to interview, their journey is yours to design.
- You’ll coordinate with hiring leads, communicate directly with candidates, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure that every interview day runs seamlessly.
- Beyond execution, you’ll also research and implement new ways to elevate our recruiting process—constantly thinking creatively and iterating on how we create exceptional experiences.
