Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised digital campaigns across email, social and other channels to support ABM goals.
- Track performance, spot trends, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversions.
Requirements
- experience working closely with the Digital Marketing team. Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation and customer journey mapping to support effective targeting and engagement.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, alongside competence in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 to track performance, interpret trends and provide clear, insight led recommendations.

As a Digital Engagement Executive, you’ll play a key role in working with colleagues across Marketing to deliver targeted B2B campaigns and communications that power our contact strategies - reaching the right brokers and customers at the right time with digital first, personalised content that drives Unum UK’s growth plans. Key Responsibilities:
