Responsibilities
- - Own the participant-facing side of our open competitions and hackathons, from applicant communication and rules through to judging logistics and post-event recaps.

- You'll be the go-to person for anything community: content, social, events, and the day-to-day rhythm of how Adaptyv talks to the outside world.
- You'll work closely with the founders and the science team, and you'll have a direct impact on how the protein design and AI bio communities experience us.
- You move between LinkedIn announcements, customer replies, and community posts without defaulting to generic AI phrasing. - Genuine curiosity about biology and AI.
- No science degree required, but you should be able to follow technical conversations in protein design and AI without needing them explained. - Highly organized.
- experience running a hackathon or competition, short-form video editing, or a track record of building a technical community from scratch.
