- 当社のSolutions Consultantとして、さまざまな業界やシステムに対する技術的なサポートをすることで、お客様のビジネスニーズや市場動向を把握することができます。当社の持つSaaSソリューションの販売に関する豊富な知見や、セールスサイクルの全フェーズを理解するとともに、現場のセールスをサポートするSolutions Consultantを求めています。他のSolutions Consultantや製品チームと協力して、お客様のITインフラストラクチャやソフトウェアアーキテクチャを理解すると共に、お客様のビジネスニーズを解決するソリューションを作成し、New Relicのソリューションがリアルタイムでこうしたニーズにどのように対応しているかを確認していきます。 What you'll do
- お客様にNew Relicソリューションの価値が伝わるよう、New Relicコンサルティングの知識を提供する
- New Relicのソリューション、お客様の要件に関連した価値を明確に説明したカスタマープレゼンテーション作成や、説得力のある顧客向け概念実証デモを構築し提示する
- New Relicソリューションを広めるために、イベント登壇や技術資料の作成、トレーニングなどを提供する
- 責任感が強く、大胆で、本格的であり、熱意があり、首尾一貫している、など企業としてのコアバリューの順守は不可欠です。 This role requires
- 最新技術に興味があり、自ら手を動かしてキャッチアップしている
- 運用監視やシステム管理設計などのアプリケーション/インフラ運用に関わる知識や経験、興味を持っている
- AWS、Azure、Google Cloudなどのクラウドプラットフォームの経験
- Slackやメールなどで海外メンバーと文章でやり取りできるレベルの英語の読み書き
- Java、PHP、.NET、Ruby、Node.js、Pythonなどプログラム言語に関する実践的な作業経験があるかたは優遇
