Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to facilitate timely and effective resolution of customer claims and quality notifications.
- Manage return inquiries through the QM return management module and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance and support KPI tracking through established tools and systems.
- Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure consistent communication and customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field. 3–5 years of
- experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Call Center, Complaint Management, or After-Sales functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Fluency in English Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with SAP R3 transactions and knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
