Responsibilities
- Own the product philosophy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap for scaled abuse, spanning fake accounts, ATO, scraping, and recidivism detection — prioritizing proactive, foundational investments that compound across the platform.
- Define, own, and socialize the north-star metrics for the space and report progress against those goals to the relevant stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional execution with growth, security, anti-abuse and product teams to minimize impact of abuse on our users.
Requirements
- This work spans machine learning solutions, heuristics, and building delightful features in-app.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, excited about finding solutions to complex, adversarial problems and then executing on them.
- experience as a product manager building and shipping great software, including driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines. Some of that
- Strong analytical ability to quickly organize and leverage data to make informed product decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Previous work in spam, abuse, fraud, account integrity, Trust & Safety, or a strong passion to learn the space.
- Familiarity with ML-based detection systems and adversarial attacker dynamics.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant technical experience.
- Strong sense of delightful UI and UX design.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $196,000 to $220,500+ equity + benefits.
