We form and operate insurance companies from the ground up, using AI and software to automate the workflows traditionally handled by large teams of brokers, underwriters, TPAs, accountants, and operations staff.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the systems that power our insurance companies and internal operations.
Experience in fintech, insurance, or workflow automation is helpful but not required.

You will work closely with product, operations, and leadership to design and ship software across underwriting, claims, finance, compliance, and internal tooling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and maintain internal and customer-facing software systems. - Design backend services, APIs, and infrastructure. - Work across the stack to ship new features and products quickly. - Partner with non-technical teams to automate manual workflows. - Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of existing systems. - Contribute to technical architecture and engineering standards. - Help shape engineering culture as we grow the team.
