Responsibilities
- Support ad hoc financial analysis requests from Finance and department heads, including headcount cost modeling, budget variance analysis, and scenario planning.
- - Manage the relationship with the India outsourced payroll processor, including monthly output review, year-end filings, and annual compliance calendar coordination.
Requirements
- Experience across payroll,
- experience with modern HRIS, payroll and ERP systems.
- - Proficiency building AI workflows using Claude or similar, and advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including financial modeling, formula-building, and working with large datasets.

- RESPONSIBILITIES - Build repeatable and scalable processes using best in class systems, leveraging automation and AI workflows. - Partner with the Controller and FP&A team to develop scalable reporting infrastructure as headcount grows, including automated cost dashboards and variance commentary. - Build and maintain cost forecasting models for people-related expenses - compensation, benefits, payroll taxes - to support quarterly and annual planning cycles.
