Day Shift Mobile Equipment Mechanic

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
Execute hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to team members and supervisors.

Ability to interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagnostic data to resolve issues effectively.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights as needed.
Visual and auditory ability to safely operate equipment and identify issues.
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
