- experience planning and conducting naval training as an Officer or Non-Commissioned Member (NCM) Strong technical background in relevant naval occupations Demonstrated naval leadership

- ⠀ Description The Naval Training Support Specialist provides Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) subject-matter expertise in naval operations, shipboard systems, equipment engineering, and maintenance practices in support of the Training Systems Integration (TSI) team.
- The role ensures that training solutions, courseware, and simulation-based products accurately reflect real-world operational, technical, and maintenance
- The incumbent collaborates with instructional designers, engineering teams, program managers, and naval business development representatives to develop, validate, and refine training
- requirements aligned with fleet doctrine, engineering standards, readiness needs, and operator and maintainer workflows.
- The role also supports the evaluation of training system design, integration of equipment models, and verification of system-level fidelity within training environments.
- The role is part of the Naval Training Support Team responsible for Instructional System Design (ISD).
