Scale Operator - Temporary

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and billing documentation.
Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures.
Perform administrative duties, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting, as needed.

Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn scale, dispatch, and administrative software.
Must be able to work assigned schedules and adapt to changing operational requirements.

What You'll Be Doing Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system.
Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Work Environment Temporary position based in Calgary, Alberta, with the primary work location in Northwest Calgary.
Occasional coverage will also be required at the Southeast Calgary location and in Cochrane, Alberta.
Public transportation is not a viable option due to work schedules and locations.
Fast-paced office environment within an active aggregate operation.
