  • The Manager for this team will bring strong mentorship, operational excellence, and best practices to ensure that our GTM motion is highly effective and scalable as we continue to grow.
  • - Develop an in-depth understanding of our industry and target companies in order to implement targeted recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Must Have: - Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in the Financial Sector or recruiting revenue-producing candidates - 2+ years of
  • experience managing a team that is responsible for sales or recruitment quota attainment - A proactive, collaborative approach to leadership that facilitates strong intra team and cross functional productivity. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite, and more).
  • experience with navigating the complexities of hiring/recruiting financial advisors and/or wealth managers. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
