- Join a dynamic team reporting to the GBS HR Services Lead, responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and handling HR administrative tasks for EMEA operations.
- As the primary contact for HR inquiries, assist employees and managers across the organization while supporting their use of our HR System (Workday) and ensuring seamless processes.
- Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing caseloads and meeting Service Level Agreements within Global Business Services protocols.
- What you will be doing? Customer-Centric Approach: Provide consistently high-quality service to customers, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries, issues, and complaints with a professional demeanor, prioritizing a positive customer experience.
