Responsibilities

This role requires deep expertise in both software engineering and the pharma commercial analytics landscape, with a focus on leveraging data to drive insights.
This role demands a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving technological and regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of
experience in software engineering, especially in web application development and its relevant technologies, with a focus on product development and analytics platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proven leadership
experience in managing engineering teams, preferably in a global or offshore setting. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial analytics and customer engagement strategies.
Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as prescription data, sales data, engagement data, electronic health records (EHRs), and claims data.
Knowledge of regulatory
requirements and compliance in the pharma industry is a plus. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Background in data science or machine learning, with hands-on
experience in developing recommendation systems.

Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Serve as the engineering lead for the Insights Platform, setting the technical vision and strategy.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $232,000- $348,000 .
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
