Requirements
- This role requires deep expertise in both software engineering and the pharma commercial analytics landscape, with a focus on leveraging data to drive insights.
- This role demands a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving technological and regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of
- experience in software engineering, especially in web application development and its relevant technologies, with a focus on product development and analytics platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proven leadership
- experience in managing engineering teams, preferably in a global or offshore setting. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial analytics and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as prescription data, sales data, engagement data, electronic health records (EHRs), and claims data.
- Knowledge of regulatory
- requirements and compliance in the pharma industry is a plus. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Background in data science or machine learning, with hands-on
- experience in developing recommendation systems.

- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $232,000- $348,000 .
- In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
