- In this role, you will support business activities across the region.
- You will assist in planning and driving channel development initiatives, helping to accelerate overall business growth.
- R etail & Trade Marketing You will execute the MBR/BRO retail visibility and activation blueprint (including signage, POSM, planogram standards, and overall retail experience).
- You will design and execute shop activation playbooks, new outlet onboarding kits, and periodic refresh programs.
- Performance Management & Scorecards You will develop and own the performance measurement framework, covering metrics such as coverage, throughput, penetration, and other key indicators.
- You will track ROI on trade marketing spends, schemes, and activations, and recommend data-driven optimization actions.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence You will build a structured intelligence framework to track competitor pricing, schemes, service offerings, retail formats, and execution quality.
- You will map the MBR universe—including size, segmentation, retailer economics, and customer purchase behavior—to refine and strengthen strategy.
