Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with U.S.
- Support production cost reporting, standard cost setting, inventory valuation, and material cost analysis.
- Oversee the annual physical inventory process and ensure proper controls and documentation.
- Develop finance talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning, managing local finance personnel as applicable.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or large corporate environment. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Experience partnering with operations and leadership teams to drive financial performance. People leadership
