Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Guide leaders through performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback, and development planning Leverage data and insights to improve HR processes, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and regional HR teams to execute HR operations and transactional processes effectively.
Requirements
- What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with advanced education in a similar discipline preferred. 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including ownership of core HR processes and delivering solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements, along with
- experience supporting diverse teams. Additional Details
