Responsibilities

Develop complex capacity assessments and conduct simulation process modeling for manufacturing planning and execution.
Establish, measure, and evaluate manufacturing metrics for key manufacturing processes and products Create and maintain production metrics and dashboards to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Support root cause analysis investigations using data analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and process issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, etc.) to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing capabilities.
Mentor and train production teams on lean manufacturing principles and best practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
