  • Responsibilities Unbox incoming used bicycles and move them through the intake process Clean bicycles to remove dirt, debris, and packaging residue Reassemble bicycles to an intake‑ready state using established standards Stage and organize bikes so they are ready for assessment by service teams Follow written and visual work instructions accurately Use basic problem‑solving skills to overcome common intake and assembly issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Meet productivity and quality
  • Qualifications Basic working knowledge of bicycles and how they are assembled Familiarity with common bike parts (frames, wheels, handlebars, seats, brakes, drivetrains) Ability to use basic hand tools safely Ability to work independently and stay on task Strong attention to detail and consistency Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive motions Dependable, self‑motivated, and willing to learn Preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse, production, or refurbishment environment Interest in bikes, cycling, or hands‑on mechanical work Physical
