- This is a fixed term contract position running until April 2027.
- Experience in marketing support, sales support, event coordination or a similar administrative role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and functions A proactive, detail oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement The anticipated base compensation range for this position is DKK 389,000 - DKK 583,250 annually.

- responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

- Are you ready to take ownership of marketing and events across the Nordic region and make a real impact? As our Nordics Marketing Assistant , you will play a central role in supporting commercial success across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
- What will you be doing? In this role, you will be at the heart of activity across the Nordic Orthopaedics business.
- From coordinating impactful events to delivering high quality marketing materials, your work will support the sales organisation and ensure smooth execution of both commercial and educational initiatives.
- You will work closely with stakeholders across the region, bringing structure, creativity and precision to everything you do.
- You will take ownership of event planning and execution, from exhibitions to medical education programmes, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
- At the same time, you will support the creation and localisation of marketing materials, helping to deliver clear, compliant and engaging communications.
- Your role will also involve managing digital tools and platforms, coordinating projects, and ensuring all activities meet high compliance and quality standards.
