Responsibilities

Coach and support individual clients focusing on their personal success.
Identify risks and assumptions and shapes program governance.
Assist in interviewing Clients, identifying business issues and proposing solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics. Previous
experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector) Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).
The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written).

Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.

Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.).
Help on the creation of an impact in the client’s organization to develop and transform their business and IT strategies.
Assist in creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.
Contributes to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.
Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals.
