- The Opportunity: Job Summary The BI Engineer II role will focus on developing and maintaining Power BI reports, automating workflows using Azure and Power Platform tools, and supporting Power BI enterprise governance and compliance.
- The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a solid understanding of reporting best practices, automation, and platform stewardship in a federated BI environment.

- requirements Partner with BI, platform, and governance stakeholders to identify unused or non-compliant Power BI assets Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines and scheduled governance workflows Maintain documentation and operational runbooks related to Power BI governance and automation Follow DevOps best practices, including version control, code reviews, and environment-based deployments
- experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering Strong hands-on
- experience with Power BI, including report development, data modeling, and workspace management Working knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M);
- experience with Python for data processing or automation
- Experience building automation using Power Automate Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Repos and YAML-based code management
- Experience working with Azure Data Factory, including pipeline development, scheduling, and monitoring Demonstrated
- experience with Power BI enterprise governance, compliance, or administrative processes Understanding of BI best practices related to security, performance, and lifecycle management
- Experience using Git-based version control and participating in code reviews Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with technical and non-technical partners Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
