Requirements
- Your ability to guide Agile practices while supporting practical delivery in an IT operations setting will be key to success.
- In this role, you’ll use JIRA to assign, track, and monitor tasks, ensuring team activities align with project and initiative timelines
- experience as a Scrum Master, leading multiple operational IT Scrum teams
- experience working in an IT operations environment, including areas such as patching, service requests, and incidents
- Certified ScrumMaster or Certified Scrum Professional designation, CSM or CSP, required
- Certified Agile Leader designation required
- Kanban Management Professional, KMP, certification required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting Prior

- You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- You’ll support product owners with backlog management, prioritization, and squad formation
- You’ll communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, share updates, and keep teams aligned
- You’ll submit, track, and escalate ServiceNow tickets to support the resolution of outstanding issues
- You’ll collaborate across teams to support engagement, education, adoption, and transformation initiatives
