Technical Program Manager, Agentic Development Platform (Modeling & Evals)

Responsibilities

• Manage the evaluation process for new and existing models, and provide feedback to the modeling and research teams.
• Model Deployments: Manage approval processes working closely with the research and engineering teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders to successfully develop and launch models.
• Coordinate with vendors for product testing and report on key findings to the engineering and product teams.
• Enable Engineering and Research Team Velocity: Manage compute resources for modeling efforts and support team infrastructure needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of
• experience in a technical program management role in a research environment. •
• Experience working with machine learning models, data pipelines, and evaluation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• experience in a technical environment. •
• Experience working on end-to-end model flywheel processes, including data collection strategies, model evaluation techniques, and metrics. •
• Experience working with modeling research teams, including managing model training and deployment processes.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with cross-team stakeholders, influencing and leading without managerial authority.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced R&D environments.
