Understanding of when introducing process makes sense and when it doesn’t •
Experience working directly with ICs on designing solutions and understanding problem spaces •
Experience working directly with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs
Experience working in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Identity, Regulatory, or Governance type organizations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below.
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Senior TPM in the Community Health organization, you’ll be joining the team responsible for keeping users safe.
You will own programs that span the range of user-facing tools like AutoMod or Shield Mode, updates to our enforcement systems and guidelines, or improvements to our content moderation tooling.
The right person won’t just be focused on driving towards an outcome as quickly as possible, but will also consider the long term impact of a program on our users, development teams, operations teams, and others.
You’ll report to the Director of Engineering for Community Health. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, but we are open to arrangements that support working west coast hours. You Will:
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems
