Responsibilities
- Lead valuation analyses and sensitization of key transaction assumptions and risk drivers.
- Support Corporate Finance to ensure accurate integration of transaction economics into Ventas’s financial projections.
- Prepare materials for executive approval, investment committee review, and closing processes.
- Collaborate with Asset Management to support a smooth integration of acquired assets post‑closing.
- responsibilities include: Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, joint ventures, developments, redevelopments, and debt investments.
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field. 1+ years of
- experience in financial analysis, commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related analytical disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- experience with Argus, SQL, or financial modeling tools is a plus.
- High sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
