- Drive GMV & Revenue: Establish and execute strategies to grow Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) by optimizing monetization models, billing infrastructure, and payout mechanisms for partners.

- Developer Platform Expertise: You have a deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth), and the technical nuances of what makes a "great" developer experience.
Experience specifically in a B2B SaaS platform (CRM, Marketing Automation) with a multi-tenant architecture. - Technical background (CS degree or former developer) to effectively empathize with the developer community. -
Experience with global/multi-region marketplace rollouts (handling multi-currency, VAT/Tax compliance for marketplaces).

- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to own product strategy and execution at a senior/IC level (Principal or equivalent), balancing long-term vision with ruthlessly prioritised execution.
