Requirements

Experience working in sponsorship execution , ideally within conferences, exhibitions or large-scale live events Proven
experience delivering sponsorship packages and exhibitor programmes
Experience using sponsor/exhibitor management platforms (RainFocus
experience desirable) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with tools such as Monday.com or similar project management systems Strong customer service mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across multiple event timelines Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote

As we continue to grow our sponsorship and exhibition capabilities, we’re looking for an experienced Manager, Sponsorship Experiences to help deliver exceptional sponsor journeys across a portfolio of global technology events.

The Manager, Sponsorship Experiences is responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across a series of client events, including technology conferences and exhibitions.

This role directly manages sponsors and works collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless end-to-end sponsorship experiences — from pre-planning through onsite delivery and post-event engagement.

You’ll play a key role in building strong sponsor relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting revenue growth through the successful execution of sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities.
