Requirements
- Experience working in sponsorship execution , ideally within conferences, exhibitions or large-scale live events Proven
- experience delivering sponsorship packages and exhibitor programmes
- Experience using sponsor/exhibitor management platforms (RainFocus
- experience desirable) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with tools such as Monday.com or similar project management systems Strong customer service mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across multiple event timelines Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote

- Requirements Based on the Central or East Coast, USA Ability to travel internationally throughout the year Ability to work across time zones as required Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
