Responsibilities
- - Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients by educating contacts about how they can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion - Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to secure profitable deals.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional value to clients.

- experience in enterprise SaaS sales in Japan region. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Extensive field-based enterprise software sales experience, selling solutions into large enterprise accounts. - Proven ability to sell into C-Level and work with stakeholders across various lines of business. -
- Experience in complex solution sales and consistently closing large figure deals.
- - Ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity.
- - You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
