- experience scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and calendars - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Clear, professional, and friendly written and verbal communication skills - A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping people and improving processes WHILE NOT REQUIRED, IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU HAVE: -
- Experience supporting hiring at an early-stage or high-growth startup - Exposure to high-volume or fast-paced GTM recruiting environments -
- Experience coordinating onsite interviews or candidate events - Interest in growing into recruiting, talent operations, or employer branding - Familiarity with B2B SaaS or revenue-driven teams
