Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance support, and minor repairs on terminal equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Experience safely using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, equipment instructions, schematics, and basic blueprints.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and the ability to recognize potential issues before they impact operations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support daily operations and interact professionally with customers, drivers, and internal teams.

- What You'll Be Doing Support daily terminal operations, including material handling, truck and barge coordination, customer interactions, and administrative follow-up.
- Provide day-to-day operational support in the supervisor’s absence by helping coordinate work activities and maintain workflow continuity.
- Proactively identify equipment or operational issues and communicate or escalate concerns to leadership, vendors, maintenance teams, or appropriate internal partners.
- What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on
- experience troubleshooting or supporting maintenance of industrial, terminal, manufacturing, or similar equipment.
- Work Environment This role operates in an industrial terminal setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, equipment noise, and moving machinery.
