Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the creative standard across static design, display advertising, email, HTML5 banners, motion, and digital campaigns, ensuring every deliverable reflects premium craft and brand excellence.
  • Lead and Inspire the Team
  • Manage, mentor, and develop designers and motion designers through thoughtful creative direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing coaching that helps the team do its best work.
  • Build Creative Systems That Scale
  • Develop design systems, templates, workflows, review processes, and quality standards that enable consistent, high-quality creative production across multiple campaigns.
  • Ensure creative work remains cohesive, platform-appropriate, and aligned with brand standards while continually raising the quality of the team's output.

Requirements

  • Work Smarter with AI
  • Leverage AI-assisted creative tools and scalable workflows where they improve efficiency, while applying thoughtful creative judgment to deliver polished, brand-right work. WHAT YOU’LL NEED 6+ years of
  • experience in art direction, digital design, or creative leadership within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. •
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing creative teams while fostering collaboration and creative growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to direct motion design and collaborate effectively with animation teams. •
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, visual storytelling, and digital design best practices.
  • experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or B2B brands. •
  • Experience leading large-scale display advertising or HTML5 banner programs.
  • Background in performance marketing or agency creative environments. •
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms, digital products, or UI-driven brands.

  • The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
