Responsibilities
- Utilize approved tools, EMR systems , and Pharmacy Dispensing Systems (PDS)
- Review patient medical records to confirm medication regimens
- Collaborate with team members to support high-quality patient care
- Identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational information
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn EMR and PDS platforms
- High School Diploma or GED 0–1 year of
- experience as a Pharmacy Technician ✅ Licensure & Certification
- State Pharmacy Technician License (required)
- PTCB certification (required)
- Additional state certification may be required based on placement
