Responsibilities
- Strategy & Foundation - Define and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and talent development needs - Identify and prioritize skill gaps across the organization to inform learning initiatives - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of L&D programs on business performance Program Development - Design and deliver training programs for onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling - Create scalable learning paths for critical roles and career progression - Curate external content and
- requirements and integrate the LMS with existing HR and IT systems - Develop governance policies for content creation, access, and maintenance - Ensure user adoption through training and change management
