  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels and communities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities to support current and future hiring demand.
  • Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, an d competitor activity to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
  • Support recruitment marketing, referral programs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track sourcing f unnel performance and identify opportunities to improve candidate conversion and pipeline health.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure consistent, compliant recruiting practices. REQUIRED

  • The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining multilingual talent pipelines and supporting full-cycle recruiting activities to ensure workforce readiness across global programs.
  • This role combines strategic sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent community development, workforce intelligence, and recruiting operations to deliver qualified talent at speed and scale.
  • The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Workforce Management, Training, and internal stakeholders to proactively identify talent supply opportunities, strengthen candidate communities, improve conversion rates, and support successful launch readiness.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, scree ning, interview coordination, language verification, candidate engagement, and offer support.
  • Proactively identify and recruit pas sive candidates through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Partner with universities, community organizations, associations, and career services.
  • experience preferred. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience building pipelines through proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement. Strong organizational and communication skills.
