Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end UX design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs and convert them into actionable design solutions.
Conduct user research, develop personas and map user journeys.
Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
Plan and oversee usability testing sessions.
Champion accessibility and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Optimise user journeys by analysing behaviour patterns and conversion paths.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align content and design. Skills & Experience: Proven
