The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness leads the design and implementation of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning solutions, ensuring organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies are aligned with business priorities.
  • This role partners closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning function, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics to translate workforce insights into organizational design, restructuring, and capability-building actions.
  • The Manager plays a critical role in optimizing spans and layers, supporting workforce planning cycles, and enabling business transformation initiatives, including restructuring and M&A.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor, this role ensures that organizational decisions are data-driven, forward-looking, and aligned with enterprise talent strategies, supporting sustainable organizational performance and growth.
  • Translate workforce planning outputs into practical organizational solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Workforce Planning Integration & Talent Strategy Enablement Partner with the Analytics and Planning team to support alignment of Business and HR cycles, including headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and talent risk mitigation.
