Build development plans for team members to ensure successful onboarding and continuing education of the team.
Coach the team to elevate individual and team performance.

Experience in people management, performance management, sales and Solution Consulting processes, complex sales management and innovation in selling, building and motivating high performing teams
Experience within the business applications marketplace, preferably ERP, Financials or HCM related. Other SaaS application and AI
Qualifications: Demonstrable results in leading teams within team-based sales environments High level of accountability in a high growth environment Proven as an innovative thinker, self-starter, fast-learner and agent of change Basic
