Responsibilities
- Analyze individual and team sales metrics to determine focus areas of training for individuals, sub-sets and the entire sales team.
- Develop and deliver specific training to increase effectiveness within identified areas or improvement including-close rate, RPA, first time close, use of FFA, quoting accuracy, installation knowledge and financing.
- Develop and implement sales training topic to be delivered at weekly sales meeting.
- Participate and support the ongoing sourcing, recruiting and selection of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement new hire training for sales representatives to assure representatives are effective as timely and effectively as possible Ride a long training.
Requirements
- REQUIREMENTS: Four year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Sales management
