Responsibilities

- Lead and Support Your Team - Lead a team of manufacturing team members and support Manufacturing Process Leaders, coaching them in day-to-day leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Drive Daily Execution – Responsible for shift performance across safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring daily goals are met and the team stays aligned
- Coach Continuous Improvement - Help your team identify and improve inefficiencies using Lean and continuous improvement tools
- Create Alignment & Accountability - Lead shift meetings, reinforce clear communication, and ensure consistency across teams
- Strengthen Operations - Ensure production standards, workflows, and documentation are followed and continuously improved
- Maintain a High-Standard Environment - Drive 5S, housekeeping, and equipment readiness to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment
- A 2- or 4-year degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience •
- Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and develop others
- Lean or Six Sigma certification •
- Experience as a first-line leader or team lead in a production environment Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
