Pharmacy Technician (Refill Calls)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and process medication refills, including data entry and claim adjudication
Place outbound refill calls and assist patients through the refill request
Maintain and update patient and prescription data in software systems
Spot trends, recommend improvements, and support process ‑ improvement initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and uphold high-quality service standards What You’ll Get:

Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification Required. About the Role
experience required: (refills, claims adjudication, clinical collaboration, or specialty pharmacy).
State registered (Texas) Pharmacy Technician, national certification (CPhT or equivalent) required.
