Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and reinforcement of core sales processes, operating rhythms, and GTM initiatives across the revenue organization
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product to ensure sellers are enabled on changes to process, tooling, and priorities
- Track adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, and Enablement to ensure our go-to-market teams are operating with clarity, consistency, and focus.
- experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or quota-carrying Sales roles within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of sales process, operating cadence, and how sellers execute day-to-day •
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional rollouts and change initiatives
- Ability to think strategically while executing with detail and follow-through

Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year, plus an additional 10% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
