Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos in CapCut or similar tools •
- Publish content across TikTok & Instagram •
- Create social-first content concepts and ideas •
- Support on production days and campaign shoots •
- Organize and upload content selects in Google Drive •
- Track basic performance and identify top-performing content
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, trends, and internet culture •
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and video storytelling •

- You’ll help shoot, edit, publish, and test social-first content that keeps Estrid culturally relevant, highly active, and engaging across platforms.
- Capture BTS content during shoots, events, office days, launches, and trips •
- Spot trends, sounds, formats, and viral moments quickly •
- Help source creators and references for content inspiration •
