Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Own BOLT FARM’s organic media engine, with primary accountability for Instagram growth, content quality, publishing consistency, audience quality, and contribution to qualified demand - Build and run the media operating system across ideation, briefing, production, review, publishing, repurposing, asset organization, and performance reporting - Lead founder-led content strategy so founder voice, story, and perspective translate into platform-native content that earns attention and

- THE CORE MISSION Build and lead BOLT FARM’s social-first media engine, with Instagram as the primary platform, so our content compounds attention, trust, category authority, and qualified demand over time.
- experience in organic social media, content strategy, creator-led media, brand content, or closely related digital media work - Direct
- experience helping build or scale a brand audience to 3M+ followers - Proven ownership of Instagram strategy and execution for a founder-led brand, premium consumer brand, hospitality brand, lifestyle brand, or another high-consideration category - 2+ years of leadership
- experience with accountability for creative output, standards, deadlines, and results across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, or a mix of the three -
- Experience building repeatable content systems across planning, production, publishing, repurposing, and performance review -
- Experience using AI tools regularly to improve ideation, research, editing, repurposing, or workflow speed - Must live within driving distance of Whitwell, Tennessee NICE TO HAVE -
- Experience growing Instagram into a category-leading brand presence -
- Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, wellness, or another emotionally driven premium brand -
- Experience building a media team or media function from the ground up -
- Experience developing podcast content, episodic storytelling, or premium long-form brand series - Strong
