Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of software engineers, enabling strong delivery and sustainable ways of working •
- Support individual growth through coaching, timely feedback, regular 1:1s, and career development conversations •
- Ensure development and release practices remain lean, scalable, and effective while maintaining sustainable quality •
- Drive clarity in ownership, decision-making, and collaboration across teams •
- Ensure alignment with relevant software standards and compliance
Requirements
- Experience leading a software development team in a product environment, with demonstrated
- Strong background in delivering and maintaining production software, with clear and lean release practices while maintaining sustainable quality •
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices (e.g. CI/CD, testing, code quality, observability) •
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional and multi-location environments •
