- Lead and scale Lio’s Implementation Engineering team.
- Drive high-impact integrations, set technical standards, and shape both product and customer success with full ownership and measurable impact.
Requirements
- experience managing engineering teams in complex, high-stakes environments - Understand enterprise architecture, system landscapes, and scalable integration design - Thrive at the intersection of technical execution, team management, and customer impact - Are proactive, ownership-driven, and motivated by building repeatable processes and frameworks -
